We made our structures not to compliment nature, but for it to compliment us… Taken in the Sydney CBD on September 11th 2007… people must have been a little worried me so utterly fascinated with the building tops with my camera at the ready that day giggle oops.

Blossom’s_Photo_Gallery Colours of Lichen This old fence is typical of many fences located at Hill End, New South Wales. In the early 1870’s rich gold discoveries rapidly turned Hill End from a small rural and mining community into one of the largest inland towns in New South Wales. The Photos – One of the businessmen attracted by Hill End’s boom was a photographer by the name of Beaufoy Merlin. He photographed the whole town, scene by scene and building by building. The lucky discovery of this – one of the world’s greatest collections of historic photos – in the 1950’s means that we can see for ourselves, the drama that was once Hill End.

Blossom’s_Photo_Gallery Hop Bush Dodonaea...After Rembert Dodoens, a 16th Century Flemish botanist. Dodonaea is predominantly an Australian genus which is well distributed in all states. There are 69 species and 60 of them are endemic to Australia. They are commonly called ‘Hop Bushes’ because the colourful fruits resemble the fruits used in brewing. Whitegum Lookout, Warrumbungle National Park, New South Wales.

This shot was made 25 miles north of Snowdonia National Park, Wales UK. Camp was set up 20feet or so behind and in the distance you can see a part of the Snowdonia Mountains. I awoke to this view :) :) Thanks for looking Stevie
