It is with a heavy heart that I must announce the passing of our IPA Co-Host Robin Fortin. Robin was an amazing artist and person. She has touched many lives here on the bubble. Each and everyone of us is better for having known this incredible lady. Dragon Head rock…...well, it’s my name for this rock feature down our rough and rugged coastline….The shot below was taken quite some time ago and I’d always been meaning to get back to this spot again….Timed it nicely on this particular day as the storm clouds and light went wild – I love it when this happens – 1 min prior to this, it was pissing down rain and I was huddled under an umbrella out on the rock shelf, a few thunderclaps here and there..!! / As always, thanks for having a look and comments always appreciated…cheers, Rob..

This number five of eight in my Scottish series. I hope you like them all and I want to thank you so very much for viewing my work. Another spectacular view across the loch which ‘David Milne’ took Jackie and I to while we were up in Scotland. The view again from there was just so fantastic. I’m not sure but I believe this was Loch Lomond? Notice the two birds playing high up in the sky which might only be seagulls but I believe they have added a little something to the vast emptiness of the stormy sky. Also the tiny bit of sunlight disappearing from the mountainside breaks up the sunless shadows caused by the clouds. !NIKON D60 DSLR / F-stop f/22 / Exposure time 1/125 sec / ISO speed 200 / Aperture priority / Focal length 55 mm on an 18 – 55 mm Nikon lens! For those few of you who have never heard of Coonawarra it is THE premium red wine region of Australia. Blood red soil over limestone in perfect growing climate. Near Penola in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia. Cannon 400D, 3 shot HDR 18/55 converted to B&W in CS3.

This is a group for photographers and graphic artists who are either currently available to undertake commissioned work, or those who feel they are ready and able, or aspire to be shortly.

For this reason we ask that if you are unsure about a particular image you wish to submit then it is probably best to submit it for critique in the group’s forum FIRST, where other members can give honest and objective critique.
