Stuart – thanks….it actually did end up being a very warm day. Thats the only problem with going early to the beach with all the camera gear…where to put all the stuff to go for a quick swim at the end ;-)

So calm and beautiful.
There is something special about the sea. I live by the sea, and have done so all my life. Spending time inland always gives me the feeling of slowly being suffocated, and I need to make for the coast. Not even lakes can satisfy my need for open space, salty water and the smell of eternally rotting seaweed and fish.
This picture though might have made such a inland stay a bit more bearable if it was really necessary. I wold have plastered it all over my wall.
You see it is beautiful, and you can nearly smell the coast :-)

Hi Mandy, I took a little liberty with the white balance….but there is only limited stuff you can do….I shoot RAW, so WB adj was done prior to photoshop. In PS I adjusted the curves and upped the saturation a little….thats about it. I guess it was just the right timing. I havent managed to replicate the time again :-)...
