Help please. I’m not sure that I know what I am doing with my t-shirt image. I downloaded the template but can’t figure out how to copy the image into it using Photoshop. Plus it was portrait orientation and the image I wanted to add was landscape. LOL so the first time I did it it actually loaded sideways on the t-shirt!
Can I just go into image – re-size, and then change the pixel dimensions to 2400w x 3200h and save as png? What about if the image is in landscape format, and changing it to 2400w drops the pixel height too low?
Any and all help appreciated!
Thanks!

Try this … open both your image and the template file. With the image file open, press Ctrl / A (select all) then Ctrl / C (copy). Go to template file and press Ctrl / V (paste). Use Ctrl / T to resize. Then File / Save As to save as a PNG file. BTW the PNG file has to remain portrait format, so position the image within the 2400×3200 area depending on where you want it to appear on the t-shirt. .

MIchelle- this is the easiest way…....forget the template
In your image software you make a new page size 2400×3200pixels,
onto that page place your artwork (by cut and paste from your original document.)....the size of your artwork make directly proportional to the size you want it on the Tshirt…this page size is the maximum size you can have and produces large artwork on the shirt. Once your image is finished save this file as a png file- this option should or will be available as a save option. Then in red bubble choose the option for making tshirts in your upload window….when your in your uploading window- select the png file you have saved and this will do all the rest for you and walahhhhh you have your Tshirt design complete…..
I hope this helps….

Ok thanks guys, I think I should be able to follow those instructions. I think I did something like what you suggested Jienn, but in the end I wasn’t sure if I had did it right, partly because I had changed the size of the original image and save it without chaning the file name, and just got plain confused.
LOL I shall try it again when I am not cross-eyed with tiredness!
