I have chosen not to emphasize the precise detail of each bird but rather their general shape as they caper around, to give the impression of constant movement.

    The finch pictures are all delightful, you’ve really captured the essence in a delicate & stylized manner. I’ve always had an interest in ornithology, nothing pleases me more than to sit in my garden watching the birds, green finch, chaffinch & goldfinch being occasional visitors.
