Under The Sea

My freeform handbags are composed of small knit & crochet “scrumbles” which are individually joined. I then start work on the embellishments. This can mean knit/crochet flowers, corkscrews and edgings, & often the addition of beads, buttons or other baubles. Finally the bag is ready for the lining to be hand stitched into place & the handles to be attached. Each bag is individual in design & the end result of many hours work.

Original bag “Seaweed” has been sold. Similar handbags are available in my etsy shop

I’ve got Molten Stitch over there. I’m a bit confused by their rules but I’ll submit it & see what happens.

I appreciate you stopping by & taking the time to comment. :))

This was a bag I did a while ago & it is now sold. If I work solidly on the one bag it can take a couple of weeks. The problem is knowing when to stop, lol!
