Inspired by “Lady of Luck” by Kharma

~ ~ ~

“Listen, I ask you
To be you hear now.”

These are words Not of sound
Reaching my ears

Yet I feel cells within being
Shake with this voice;

I hereby respect
Her soul’s spirited choice

All of my presence
Remains

I move-on home
Into my bones’ liquid listen

As honesty’s deeds
Light my mind

I watch her designs
Challenge who ‘I will be’.

I hold her no longer
Than a moment is gone

I am grateful
For listening here

To hear and fuse wonder
With earth being calm

To hear peace existing
In time

I listen
To my marrows’ quiver

I shiver

When nothing stops
Or captures still
